Zemam (“we”) runs this website and the panel for clients of its fulfillment service. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, country, a social profile link, and your payout details (bank or wallet) when you request a withdrawal.
- Order details needed for delivery: the customer’s name, phone numbers, delivery address, products and amounts.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We never receive your Google password.
- If you connect a store or tool (such as EasyOrders, Shopify, LightFunnels or Google Sheets): the orders and store details needed to import your orders.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and login and activity logs, used for security.
2. How we use it
- To create and run your account and to sign you in.
- To process, ship and track orders, and to calculate commissions, fees and payouts.
- To contact you about your account, orders and support requests, and to send service notifications.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate orders, and to keep the service secure.
3. Who we share it with
- Shipping companies (such as J&T Express, Speedaf and our couriers) receive the delivery details of each order.
- Services you connect yourself receive only what that connection needs.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Google user data
- We use Google sign-in only to identify you and to create or open your account.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not share Google user data with third parties and we do not use it for ads.
5. Cookies
- We use necessary cookies only: to keep you signed in and to remember your language.
6. Storage and security
- Your data is stored on our hosting servers and sent over HTTPS. Only staff who need it for their work can access it.
7. Keeping and deleting your data
- We keep account and order data while your account is active and for as long as accounting and legal duties require.
- You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by email. We will do it, except for records we must keep by law, such as completed orders and payments.
8. Your choices
- You can view and update your details from your panel, and you can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion.
9. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
